Because of this, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical.
When we can help
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to fix it.
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery if:

Your item arrived damaged

There’s a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong product (design, size, or color)
Just share your order number and a few clear photos, and we’ll take it from there.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
A quick note on sizing & preferences
Since our products are made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

This typically takes 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once production has started, cancellations aren’t possible.
